Confirmation and renewal of ISO 9001 certification 

 What it’s about: ISO 9001 is the international standard for Quality Management Systems, published by ISO (International Organization for Standardization). 

It was last updated in 2015, which is why it is also called ISO 9001:2015, and is a standard for the creation, implementation and management of a Quality Management System, recognized internationally and therefore accepted in most countries around the world. 

ISO 9001 outlines a framework for improving a system that ensures customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, which is why many companies provide it as a requirement for their suppliers. 

Transition from OHSAS 18001 to ISO 45001 

LA CISA is also certified on the international standard of ISO 45001, which specifies the requirements for a workplace health and safety management system. 

Summary of La Cisa’s assessment: 

As a result of the audit and through document analysis and verification of business processes, the management system was found to be fully effective. 

No non-conformities were found and the requirements for maintaining and developing the system are clearly met, the system is well structured and managed with state-of-the-art IT systems. 

The management system is capable of meeting requirements and ensuring the achievement of expected results. The conduct of internal audits fully meets regulatory requirements. Management review is conducted in a manner that fully complies with regulatory requirements.  

An important phase of the re-certification audit includes review of the previous two audit reports and management reviews conducted throughout the certification cycle.
